First in 2008, in full view from his open kitchen, co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand has delighted diners with his attentive-to-detail cuisine. In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Our new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, and its terrace facing the park.

Parking is very accessible both on St-Denis and little cross streets.Les stationnements sur rues sont assez faciles à trouver. The Raymond-Deward Institut offers 8$ parking from 4pm until 7am the next day le lendemain.

Le service est à chaque fois plus que parfait.
Le restau est très beau et très agréable.
Je n'ai pas aimé la vinaigrette trop vinaigrée de ma salade mais le reste de la nourriture était très bon.
J'y retournerais.

Superbe expérience. Bouffe super! Belle ambiance. Les raviolis et le cerf étaient vraiment bons. Moelleux au citron réussi. Entrée d’humus de betteraves avec le foccacia maison très bon. C’était une première expérience mais pas la dernière.
