   Waited 45 minutes after our reservation for a table, and service was slow. They also don’t actually serve you, you order and pay online but then there’s an 18% auto grat when you don’t even get served.

   Good food, great service, very nice place and love the rooftop. However, the music was extremely loud and made it very uncomfortable and hard to have a conversation.

   Food was delicious but limited menu. Unfortunately it was a cold grey day so rooftop was closed. They encourage people to order their drinks and food online and pay online. Worked well but didn’t like that a gratuity of 18% was added automatically. This makes sense for large groups but for 2 people you should have a choice on tip.

   The food is amazing! Staff is friendly and the DJ on Friday for ladies night was on point. I live in Niagara and try to avoid going to the tourist area but this place is so worth it.

   I think that this was my fifth time dining here and will likely be my last. It’s well known locally that the service here is terrible but I’ve always found that the food and great cocktails make up for it. I came here to celebrate a birthday last night and ended up being embarrassed that I had recommended this place to my friends in the first place. The DJ was so loud we had to scream at one another and any server we managed to get a hold of just to try and communicate. My friend was sat beside me, 30 cm away, and I didn’t hear a word she said all evening. This naturally complicates trying to discuss ordering anything with your group or even have a conversation over dinner. This lead to us and several tables around us sitting and eating in awkward silence. It took us 15 minutes just to get water. Our pizza was soggy and falling apart so we scooped most of it up with forks because we knew no one would check on us until we were finished. The servers are really just bussers as anytime I tried to ask one a question I was referred back to my own phone. They want you to order everything and pay from your phone which ended up causing us a lot of extra work and headache even though we had to pay an automatic 18% gratuity…. for walking out a plate? As a server myself, I understand that things can get hectic on a Saturday night, but this is truly a sad excuse for customer service. While I’ve been here a few times with no DJ and still had bad service, the noise definitely doesn’t help because even the one server who was friendly could barely hear us and vice versa. We couldn’t even order dessert for the birthday girl as there’s no dessert menu or server you can ask without waiting 20 mins or having to shout. My friends were all disappointed and unimpressed and we left as quickly as we could. I had to apologize profusely to my friends for such a bad experience, I hope management starts prioritizing guest experience rather than just online sales.

   Services is slow, there was one server for the entire place, and 18% tips are included. Ambient and food is very good but need more attention to details
