   Green peppercorn sauce is the best! Had a wonderful lunch with a perfectly cooked soufflé and the most excellent escargot. One of the best spots on the island.

   Enjoyed brunch- omelet with ratatouille and goat cheese a nice change of pace. French toast made with brioche was lemony- coffee very good. Will definitely dine again- must try several other dishes.

   I’ve been twice now last time I had a fabulous experience. Food came out fresh and hot this time the food was sort of room temperature french fries not hot steak not piping hot. vegetables were kind of soggy for the salad, but maybe because it’s open air and it was a humid night doesn’t stay crisp just OK this time

   Always a pleasure to dine there! Xavier and Mathieu are the staple of La Goulue! Amazing gentlemen. Excellent service, great food and wonderful staff! Alina’s attention to detail and friendliness is one of the reasons this restaurant is the best in Palm Beach! A+++++

   Very disappointed in the chef and his egotistical attitude. Doesn't he realize there are MANY EXCELLENT CHEFS in Palm Beach? While the food was in general good, the experience was not - because of the chef. We ordered the special Valentine's Day dinner. The goat cheese appetizer was disappointing. At least 5 waitstaff and the manager came by to ask how the food was and I mentioned to one (the manager) that the goat salad lacked an expected sweetness given it included a truffle honey glaze and candied nuts. The manager asked simply if I would like some additional honey glaze for a bit more sweetness - Great! She came back from the kitchen saying the chef had premade all the glaze and they were unable to give me a little extra. Really? Then someone came back and asked if I would like on one of the other appetizers. I declined aes the salad was not inedible and I had eaten most of it. Then the manager came back and asked if we would like a free glass of champagne. It was not necessary, but appreciated. This all happened quietly, without any scene. My point is that everyone of the staff was trying to make up for the rudeness of the egotistical chef. A first rate restaurant (we have been to many all over the country) wants the guests to have an enjoyable evening. I think the chef needs an attitude adjustment - everyone else was up to task. And I should mention that the amuse bouche and my entre were delicious. Will go to Bucaan next time.

   Brody was a fantastic server. Funny. Helpful. Knowledgeable. He madd sure we were not rushed-even though Valentine’s Day is the busiest day of the year. We had another memorable meal at this restaurant.

    A very special valentines dinner. Everything was excellent. The pacing of courses could have been ever. Dining on a non holiday evening might fix this. We had an outstanding server. A must try when in the area.
