    Me encanta como a través de los años La Matera conserva su esencia y su excelente servicio. Además la elección de la playlist buenísima, moderna, alternativa y de super buen gusto. Los meseros ni se diga, todos super amables y atentos, se ve que hacen su trabajo con gusto. Todo perfecto como cada vez que vamos.

    The food quality was excellent as always. When the waiters were present, the service was good. But there was some lack of attention. The restaurant was full, but there seemed to be plenty of wait staff. Nobody ever asked how our meal was at any time. It's still a great restaurant with delicious food and quality steaks!

    El Lechón que sirven los Domingos en exclusiva no es nada recomendable. Tiene "tufito" y la consistencia, cocción y sabor de la carne no es propia de una preparación de Lechón/Cochinillo. Eso sí, la carne, el servicio y el lugar es lo mejor de lo mejor en Guadalajara. Manténgase en la carne.
