   Frenchy does a wonderful job in the kitchen, a very kind and modest chef, Alex the server was polite, cordial, and very professional! The ambience of the place was friendly, well spaced out, and created a comfortable atmosphere with distinct zone. If you’re looking for a good night out with wonderful French cuisine put your faith in La Nouvelle

   My husband and I had the bouillabaisse for 2. It was not the usual soup. Lobster tail and claw, shrimp, bass, clams and mussels in shell were swimming in a delicate Provencale sauce. It was one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had… and we were celebrating our 51st anniversary! Our appetizer, salad, and dessert were excellent as well. We applaud le chef! Our server, Jessie was pleasant, informative, and attentive. Indoor ambiance was wonderful. We’ll be back!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at La Nouvelle. The food was delicious and we were surprised at the portion sizes. We look forward to our next visit to St. Augustine and eating here again.

   Above average food, indifferent service. Waiter chatted up another table while we had to reach back to ice bucket for water and wine and poured ourselves. Check was delivered while we were waiting for dessert.

   This is one if not the best restaurant in Saint Augustine! The food is superb; the service and staff are extremely friendly and professional. We are locals and in this is on our regular rotation. An absolute must for true foodies.

   We arrived at 4:30pm for an early dinner and a glass of wine. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We loved the variety of options on the menu and were pleased with every dish we tried.
