   The food and service at La Perla is outstanding. The only negative is it’s extremely loud and hard to talk. With that being said, we would still recommend it and we will be returning in the future.

   Three of us dined together. One had the mushroom risotto, another the sausage pasta, and I had the special dish of the evening which was flounder in a lemon butter sauce. ALL the dishes were fabulous. Food was fresh, tasty, perfectly prepared, and nicely presented. Portions are large. If you have a smaller appetite I suggest asking to split the dish. The restaurant is small and cozy. A delightful evening.

   Celebrating our 11 year wedding anniversary this was a first visit to La Perla. It was an evening of multiple celebrations going on in the restaurant, several birthday celebrations in addition to our anniversary. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere and ambiance lends itself to a quaint cafe setting. The service was good for as busy as they were, they were attentive yet you felt rushed which was a little disappointing. The food is five star , everything arrives made to perfection. Portion sizzle is above average Value , even with five star meals the overall cost is high .. Would I recommend? Yes for a special occasion, if your dinning budget expectations is less than $200 for 2 people with cocktails, appetizers, main course entrees and dessert then La Perla is not for you.

   From our arrival to our dinne,r, everything was exceptional. We received a very warm greeting, and that continued throughout dinner. The specials were right on. The food was excellently seasoned. Although they have only been open for 6 years, we felt they have been there for years. We will definitely return.

   Never to be disappointed there! We took another couple with us this time who are Italian and they were pleasantly surprised how authentic and delicious the food was. Our favorite go to in Pompano Beach. Second to none !

   A hidden gem! So delicious! Homemade pasta and chicken parm-so good! Everyone loved their meal- the salmon also very good. Incredible desserts! And our waiter- Salvatore the BEST!! Such a fun place to celebrate my friends birthdays! Thank you!🎉🎂🎉🎂

    I have been here twice in two months and each time for special birthday occasions. Salvatore makes the birthday guest feel so special and caters to us all with such a passionate and considerate service level. We ordered a flounder special, the lobster ravioli, a veal marsala and a pasta bologna - everything was simply perfection. It’s very hard to find a non-overly commercialized Restaurant with good service good ambience and consistently wonderful food and presentation but this inconspicuous restaurant is a winner!!
