    A perfect place to have a delicious Christmas lunch. Food was perfection and the ambiance of La Piquette is intimate and lively and charming and comfortable. Decorated so prettily. Love this restaurant on any day but today was particularly memorable. The price fix menu was expansive and the food—and wine—were superb.

    5 of us went for the prix fixe on Christmas Day. No one got a dish that was anything but amazing including the beef tartare, salmon tartare, calamari a la Provence, duck confit, veal chop…. The vibe is very low key French bistro but the service is outstanding. And they didn’t rush you through the courses. It was fantastic

    The staff and those in the kitchen make this place a "go to" for me. The food is prepared perfectly every time and the staff is incredible.

    Overall I was not impressed with the restaurant. Food entrees (Mussels and Scallops) had a nice presentation but mediocre flavour at best. Nothing to write home about. The chocolate mousse while it too had a nice presentation, the flavour was average. I've had better tasting mousse from Wegmans. Service was also lacking. Waiter took out order and never returned to check on our food
