Our server was both absent (not his fault, they seemed understaffed) and rude (totally his fault). I brought people here for the first time and he gave one of my favorite places a bad reputation. I was very disappointed.

The little bit of food we got was good. Small portions and large prices. Wouldn’t go back. Not to mention the waitress was terrible but what does she care, she got her 25% tip (added in to the bill).

Great food but the worst service. The staff was hard to talk to and very rude. Our server felt annoyed that we were even there to eat. If we asked questions to staff for Eataly even if they knew the answer they would say it’s not their job and to ask someone else. I asked the greater the location of the restaurant and she said ask guest services even though the escalator to the restaurant was behind her. It honestly was one of the worst guest experiences I had in this city. Avoid if you can. They don’t care if you eat there or not.

Worth the hype! I have been hearing about this place from locals for the past decade, finally tried it and I will make it a regular stop when I’m in town! Our server was so informed and gave excellent suggestions, we tried a pizza and a pasta from the imported selection. Both delectable. It can be a bit complicated to find which counter is the restaurant since there is so much happening in this facility, but the staff is friendly and helpful and once you’re seated the bustling ambience just enhances the whole experience!

Stay away from their $60 Sauvignon- it’s on the sour side. The calamari isn’t worth the price- small and lots of batter. Pizzas were AMAZING. Servers will ask for 20%tip as a result but won’t fill your wine so I find it a little much when they don’t tend to you.
