    They messed up our reservation and the overall quality of the restaurant has gone down! We have been here approximately 15 times and the quality is slipping!!!

    Great dinner at Eataly as usual! First time at LA location. The only negative to our experience is the setup of this location, not fond of the logistics of the shop area (not cohesive like other locations).

    Food was great. We had caico de Pepe. Service though gent like a turn and burn mentality. Like hurry up and finish. First greeting at table, waiter asked us what we wanted.
