   Service was amazing, very attentive and fast service. I have a lot of allergies and they were able to accommodate me, they still warned me of cross contamination so I wouldn’t say it’s allergy friendly but they were very helpful and were very aware of allergies

   This is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. It is not right to bring the bill while we were still drinking coffee without even saying that we can take time (not even thank you) then come to the table 6 times to check if we paid ! We literally spent 23 minutes from the time that we were served and restaurant was barely 1/2 full. Servers do not seem to be educated at all and food was okay just not as good as in flatiron nor downtown As we know Eaterly in Italy and NY we are very disappointed

   Tuna tartare was stinky, clearly not high quality or fresh. Pasta was cold, pretty annoying for an expensive truffle dish. Service by our waiter was abysmal. We’d probably have spent an extra $100 on drinks and dessert if he had any interest in stopping by our table. This place has some gremlins to work out.

   Everyhing was great! It is the best Eataly for sure. The service excellent and the food beyond amazing! Don’t have canola but have a great variety of desserts.

   Truly the worst Italian dinner I have had in New Yrok City. Butatt on a bed of tasteless mushrooms? There was no pop whatsoever to the buratta. My sangria was tasty. The butternut squash ravioli was tasteless. I started making ravioli this year and I would have preferred my own. It was some butter sauce and no taste. I was shocked. The grocery store suggests they have the right ingredients and the dishes our kids had looked better than mine. So just don't get the buratta or ravioli I guess.

   The food was very good, but everything was slightly undercooked…. Butternut squash was really hard and needed salt. Ravioli was really nice, but again, although I like al dente - the edges were a bit tough to chew. Server was nice, but forgot things like the ice I asked for, cheese for my ravioli and bread for the table (he specifically asked what kind of bread we wanted, but then didn’t bring it) Definitely worth going back for the $25 prix fixe.

   Overpriced for what it is. Ambiance was great. Service was horrible. Left alone for 25 minutes between appetizer and main course. No refills, not even offered. They need to seriously get it together.

    Excellent food, service and ambiance. The fire alarm was triggered by accident, and the noise was kind of unbearable for about 10 minutes, until it was turned off.
