   Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I hoped. We went for the 3 course set. The appetizer was small (one boiled egg fritter), the entree was cold, and they were sold out of the dessert. The replacement dessert was tiramisu, and they did not provide alternatives. Not only I dislike tiramisu, their tiramisu was quite bad. I can’t believe we paid $160+ for what we had last night. My partner couldn’t finish the tiramisu and I barely touched it, so we basically paid for an 2 course meal. Extremely disappointing. But lesson learned.

   The wait staff kept walking between our table and the one next to us. There was at most eight inches of distance between the two tables. When I questioned the waiter, the Manager preceded to berate me that it was inappropriate for me to question the staff. I am a paying customer and I do not appreciate being scolded. The Manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills. The food was delicious. If I ever return, it will be for the food.

   I’m a huge fan of Italian cuisine. Eataly enchanted me by their pizza and pasta. Belissimo!

   Good, but prices are slightly high for quality of food/wine. I would expect fresh bread included considering the prices.

   The service has always been exceptional here, but our server last night set the bar so high that it may be hard to match going forward. Overall we were all so happy last night.

   Gotta love the hand made pasta. Went with my wife for a routine night out. We had the truffle tagliatelle and Magherita. Both are winners. Had the best dinner. Thanks!

    Overall we enjoyed ourselves but the tables are grouped too close. Being there on Saturday I noticed there was an overwhelming number of people. Just wondering what Eataly’s protocol for safety is in case there is an emergency. We were bumping into people and that is not normal.
