   We had a great selection of tapas, decent portions and very tasty indeed. Good service and generally a nice atmosphere.

   The meal was excellent we couldn't fault it and the service was great. The only thing that spoilt the evening was how noisy it was, but perhaps not choose a Saturday night in future.

   This was a disappointing experience. Our table for 2 was pushed against a wall when we arrived which meant we had to pull it out for one person to be seated. This left the other person sat in the walkway. He was constantly knocked into as waiters and waitresses walked past. Drinks took a long time to be delivered to the table as the bar is downstairs. Plates of food were brought out at different times. Despite this being a tapas restaurant, I would still expect the variety of dishes to be served at the same or similar time. There was a 15min gap between the first 4 dishes and the 5th being served.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the table that you were seated at, however we are a small tapas bar and unfortunately sometimes when busy, we have to use all available tables.

   We decided to use La Plancha as we had used it before and it was quite nice. The food was lovely so when we got there with our friends we weren’t greeted with the Smile. It was almost as if we were putting them out when the waitress came over to order our drinks, she didn’t seem to happy when she returned with the drinks. She just put them on the edge of the table and then we had to pass them to each other. When she came over to ask us what we would like to order, we couldn’t decide so asked if we could have some bred while we had a look at the menu we were refused and told it wasn’t allowed to come out as a starter as they were so busy and rushed off their feet to be honest with you. I was very shocked that we couldn’t do that as they were just hanging around the bar laughing and joking and didn’t seem very busy to us. We could’ve just said to them can we have five more minutes which would have been the same amount of time if we ordered some bread while we decided, to be honest with you I was absolutely disgusted with the service and I shall not be going there again and I shall tell my friends the experience that we had and it is such a shame because it could be a lovely restaurant if it weren’t for the service people food was lovely and very tasty

   Much better than last time as we werent rushed by the staff. The food and service was good this time round and we would be back again soon. Food we ordered were lovely tasty and full of flavour. Many thanks

    Great place, fabulous food. We sat upstairs this time and it was a bit noisy, so next time we’ll ask for a table on the ground floor. Drink service was a bit slow but the manager was very apologetic and didn’t charge for one of the drinks that was delayed. We will definitely go back.
