   I miss La Serre Down Town!! When the food was so tasty and the service was spot on!! The level of the waiters at La Serre City Walk is so low. Waiters are inattentive, pronounce the name of the food in a wrong way, etc… We were 8 people, had to wait around 30min before any waiter approached us to take the order or get us a water bottle… The supervisor (who is supposed to be the best waiter available) got us bread for 5 while we are 8, instead of getting 2 baskets. The table was smelly. Food was below average…not recommended at all!

   The ambiance and the service were very good. But we were really disappointed by the quality of food. We chose the iftar menu and the appetizers were great but when it comes to the main course- the truffle pasta was tasteless, no salt and pepper at all, plus there was no taste of truffle. We appreciated the understanding from the staff who tried to provide us the best level of service and communicated with the chef and brought us a new meal. But the second dish was mushroom pasta without taste again. For desert we asked for honey cake but tasted more like lemon cake with honey drizzle on top. Very disappointing to be honest. I didn’t expect this from the first interaction with this restaurant.

   The design of this place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very attentive and helpful. And the food was exquisite. I highly recommend this place.

   Chef Julien is a magician - food was delicious, setting is beautiful and ambience was calm and added to the experience. Really recommended! Will be back!

    We went for breakfast and ordered the eggs and French toast. All egg preparations were very basic and nothing extraordinary. The French toast was really delicious. Overall, service was okay, the staff were courteous. However, we won’t be going back again for breakfast as it is not worth the price.
