   Very nice atmosphere in the main bar room, other rooms very sparse, food was ok not remarkable, felt rushed to turn the table. Better place for happy hour rather than dinner

   Entire dinning experience was awesome!! The rack of lamb was superb and the grouper stuffed with lobster and crab was excellent!! We will be back!!

   Went here with a group of 6. Tried multiple different dishes with everyone being very pleased. I had the shrimp and scallops with linguine that was fantastic. All the food came out piping hot. Wonderful server and very good value.

   LaTavola is a longtime favorite go-to for us❤️ Great food and ambience! Everything we want in an evening out … whether it the two of us, or an evening with friends! It’s an easy first choice.

   Went for Valentine’s dinner. Sat at the bar which was fine with us since we wanted to listen to music. We closed the place down at 10 PM enjoying the music and dancing. Food was good and plenty of options on the menu. Like most places on Marco Island, food and drinks are overpriced but it was a special occasion.

   Clams are very good, as well as the shrimp cocktail for starters, Nice Mocktails and a good brown sugar old fashion. The stuffed grouper was very good, the prime rib was cooked just the way I like. Very tender. Finished off the night with the banaba chip cake, outstanding. Our server Bill B made it a fun great night .

   I would love to write a great review, but in honesty, the food is mostly average. My daughter had a filet mignon, which was the best part of the experience. It was $50 and perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. The side with the steak was nothing to write home about: a tiny portion of semi-dried out scalloped potatoes with four string beans and a carrot stick. (You can buy additional sides, however.) My wife had the shrimp with scallops on risotto. The scallops and shrimp were perfectly prepared, but the risotto was crispy (dried out) and in a sauce which was watery and cold, like milk had been poured on it. I was not that hungry and only had French onion soup and a Caesar salad. The salad was a surprisingly small plate of romaine with a relatively bland dressing. I added lots of pepper to boot it up. The French onion soup was also very tiny, bland and nothing special. Franky, restaurant chains, like Outback, do a better job. If you want bread while you wait, the restaurant now charges $12 for it. They serve it with balsamic vinegar and a small side of a dip made of ricotta (I think), which was very good and flavorful. We asked for butter, but it had freezer burn on it. Our daughter had a mixed drink. Not sure which one, but she said it was excellent. Our server was attentive and efficient, but not in any way warm and friendly. (On previous visits, we have always had excellent servers with friendly personalities, so this was an anomaly.) The food came to the table very fast, and the wait staff were very prompt refilling drinks and grooming the table. The hostess and the greeting staff were also very nice and attentive. I used to love this restaurant. Now . . . it's fine, but not memorable. Several nearby restaurants with more ambience and better food in the same price range.

    We had a marvelous meal for Valentine's Day. Our waiter Bill was terrific. My spouse had filet mignon which was very good. I had the shrimp and scallop risotto and it was decadent. An overall awesome meal.
