   Our waiter, Matt, was very friendly and upbeat every time he checked on us! Abby was our hostess and she as well had an upbeat and friendly personality. We enjoyed our meal and our experience very much!!

   The service was amazing, and the staff did a great job of providing good tips for what to order. As a Hispanic person, it’s been hard to find authentic Hispanic food in the area, but the food here reminded me so much of home. All of the salad and dips were delicious, the enchiladas verdes??? If you’re not getting the enchiladas, you’re wrong. I’m sure everything else on the menu is just as amazing, but the enchiladas were soooo good. The margs here are also good, I got 2 different ones (Prickly Pear and the Dama) and both were strong, fresh drinks. And last but not least, the tres leches. It comes in a small bowl but after eating everything else, it’s the perfect amount. It’s served with a scoop of icecream and it is AMAZING. I’m not a food critic or a professional by any means, but this is probably my new favorite place in Newport. If you need an excuse to have the best Hispanic food in town, THIS PLACE IS IT!!

   Very nice departure from the usual faire. Everything suggested to us was as advertised. Stephanie, our server was outstanding. It was our first time and we will be back

   Our first time there won’t be our last. The food and value was excellent, hence a packed restaurant at 5:30 on a Saturday. The guacamole had a subtle zing that I couldn’t put my finger on and may have been my favorite ever. We had a fajitas, enchiladas and a fried fish taco, all delicious. Service couldn’t be better.

   Wife and I came from Canada to enjoy some tacos everything looked great on reviews online! Came in, server was very cold, just wanted to get on with it. Mentioned since it's our first time people that come in get chips with guac, salsa and queso. We said great! Didn't realize it was $12 for guac? Didn't even think we were going to get charged for it. Cocktail tasted like medicine, tacos were okay, not much to say there normal tacos.

   Casual, fun local spot to enjoy solid Mexican food. Good menu selections including small plates, dips/sauces, salads, soft tacos and larger big plates. Standouts were the Pastor Marinated Octopus (small plate but served on enough arugula to make it a nice side salad), tacos (shrimp, chicken, squash & mushroom) and daily tamales special, although the sauce was a bit heavy on lime (and we like lime). Large margarita drink menu and a bar with anything you like. Side spinach salad was fresh but ingredients were on the wet side which made it somewhat soggy. I had the dressing on the side so it was very noticeable. A good neighborhood spot for dinner before going to Jane Pikens theatre across the park.

    Food was wonderful as was the service. Unfortunately we were seated at a table next to the entrance so there was a lot of foot traffic next to our table and it was also Restaurant Week which added to the foot traffic. The noise level was high as well but the food and service were exemplary! I highly recommend this establishment!
