    The finest dining in SXM. A few other restaurants may produce very high quality well prepared food, La Villa Hibiscus creates individual culinary works of art. This is not formulamatic dishes prepared day after day. The menu changes each week and the larger tasting menus can be individualized A well selected wine pairing is offered The servers are knowledgeable and describe both the food and wine The restaurant is beautiful with tables widely spaced We have been visiting SXM for almost 40 years and have dined in all the finest restaurants, none are in the same league as Hibiscus

    Absolutely fabulous dinner! It is our second time at Hibiscus and we will be back again. Romantic setting and wonderful staff.

    La Villa Hibiscus was our last dinner on the island and we absolutely saved the best for last. Every bite was beautifully executed and the wine pairings were on point. Service was warm and Chef was so engaging and kind. The setting is so beautiful and I can’t stop thinking about the morels stuffed with shrimp. There is no set menu, so every course is a surprise. A truly exceptional dining experience.

    This is our 2nd time to Villa Hibiscus and once again we were blown away. The atmosphere, the service, and most of all the food! Everything is incredible. We did the 7 course tasting menu and from the amuse-bouche to dessert we were blown away with each dish. Thank you for another amazing experience, we will see you next year!

    We arrived exceptionally early. The hostess greated us and took us to our seating area. She told us she would inform the chef we had arrived and it would be a short time for him to be ready to serve us; we had ordered the 7 course prix and wine pairing. Once the service started the meal was totally amazing! The found was delicious and the presentation was so beautiful that it was almost a shame to place a utensil into it. Our waitress was so knowledgeable about the wine paired with each course that I asked is she was studying to be a Sommelier. The music was a series of upbeat remixes that was in the background and added positively to the dining experience. The dining area was exceptionally clean, properly adorned and the lighting changed as the evening progressed. I strongly recommend Villa Hibiscus for a romantic dining experience.

    Went here on out last night. Had the 5 course tasting menu All came out decorated like art All dished were excellent (maybe not the chicken/lobster mix) The drink were excellent as well Took about 3 hours total Expensive but a top rate restaurant
