   A beautiful setting was the site of a disappointing experience. The full tea was priced very high for very average finger sandwiches and pastries. The wait staff didn’t seem to have experience or wisdom about serving tea having no idea whether my pot needed to steep it was ready to drink. The condiments included very small portions of cream, curd and jam, none of them at all special. Very underwhelming.

   Adorable place for tea with a view of the Potomac. We had a great time and would recommend. The food was great.

   Food: gorgeous desserts; tasty scones (wish were warmer); sandwiches tasted good, but were not anything special in appearance. Ambiance: crowded and small, but they kindly set up a little extra table for us; typical in this area for restaurants to be small and crowded. Awesome decor and Christmas decorations. Very very lit with natural light. Service: Wonderful! Kind, thoughtful, patient servers. We did not feel rushed; tea time is about taking time for leisurely conversation and savoring of the fare. That was accomplished. We felt relaxed.

   This was our first time trying the new location. The food and location were very good. However, the service was very disappointing and it is unlikely we will be back. I know they were busy for the holidays but it was one thing after another. When we arrived for our reservation, we were told we could sit immediately at a table in the middle of the room or wait for another table. We choose to wait but were then seated at the same table in the middle of the room. Milk was not served at the same time as the tea. The tea was never refreshed with hot water. We were brought the wrong order twice. It took almost 15 minutes to receive our to-go bag.

   Continue to love Lady Camellia for all our special event needs. We went there for almost every friend's birthday; we took my husband's mother for hers yesterday. I have a gluten allergy that they accommodate beautifully, and the food and tea are, as always, exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Everything was spectacular. From the prompt service, delicious sandwiches, delectable pastries and the entire ambiance was wonderful. Never felt rushed and will most definitely come again.

   First time here. cute tea house. small with a convenient number of guests. Love the ambiance and decor. Good food. Loved the chance to pick the items I wanted. Huge selection of tea. Will be visiting again.

   They were very accommodating to my frail walker-using Mom but the place is small so it was still tricky. Nice staff but at little slow to notice it was time to order or brining hot chocolate to non tea drinker. They made hot chocolate seem like a bother — but need alternatives for tea!

   Perfect place to bring your friends! I loved the ambiance and the service was great. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and so kind! Not to mention, all of the food and tea blends are made/baked in-house and you can taste the quality in every bite! Loved it and already making plans to come back!
