    Good tea and snacks. Terrible service and atmosphere. Packed, loud, service was slow, forced to move tables, auto gratuity applied. Way too expensive for the experience. Will not be returning.

    Great place but this one experience was lacking. The service was slow, sandwich orders were mixed up, we had to ask for the butter & jam. Waitress was not attentive and seemed distracted.

    I had an amazing time with one of my friends! I did a bit of research on great tea, places in the area before deciding on this location. I like that my dairy restriction was accommodated, the food was delicious (e.g., scones, macarons, & sandwiches), and the tea was so refreshing. I do not have a sweet tooth, but I did not feel that anything was too sweet or overwhelming for my palate.  We had a table beside the window, so we could people watch and look at the water. It is a smaller place, so you may have someone bump your chair on the occasion. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker because everything else was wonderful. The servers checked on us periodically, ask questions, and we did not feel rushed. That was a concern when I was going through the reviews, but this particular experience did not feel rushed. There was even a Sweet 16th birthday going on outside, so this is just a reminder that I could have an event here if I wanted to with close friends. My friend and I will be back at some point.

    This tea service is delightful! I recommend the boeuf bourgingnon pie ❤️ The air was off and it got too hot at one point - the fans helped some

    Our 2 teenagers enjoyed the experience immensely as did we! Food and pastries and were delicious and the tea that was recommended was nice and refreshing! Lady Camellia is always a hit! Can’t wait to go back :)

    The experience at Lady Camellia is impeccable. However the experience is what sells. For 2 people it’s quite expensive all considering the portions so at over $100 I don’t believe it’s worth a second visit.

    Once again Lady Camellia did not disappoint. This was the first time for my 2 guests at Lady Camellia and they were so impressed with every aspect of the delightful tea experience. The food, service and ambiance were exquisite. What a wonderful venue for special occasions and celebrations.

    This was a really great experience and such a fun event with the family. One thing to note though - if your party is 5 or more, they do not allow you to select the items you would like from the menu (instead they say they will send bestsellers). I think for the price you should be permitted to select regardless of the party size.
