   Went for the Valentine's Day dinner. Noted that there was not a menu for the restaurant posted anywhere (not OpenTable, hotel website, etc). Valentine's Day dinner was a "prix fixe" with 5 courses. The selection wasn't bad to pick from, but the overall execution was just sort of 'meh'. We were seated outside, and took 15 minutes + walking over to the host stand to get anyone to come over to greet us, and we were not alone in that (about 5 other tables outside also with the same issue). Manager came over, and echoed what the server(s) were telling people, in that there was some confusion over who had which tables. Not faulting the servers, but shouldn't Management have dealt with that ahead of time?? Overall, it felt like the restaurant overbooked themselves in the form of capacity to handle large crowds all at once. I don't doubt that it's a great hotel restaurant to eat at any other night of the year. But when they had obviously scaled down the menu as to not overwhelm the kitchen, it just really felt like that they hadn't compensated for the rush in any other area.

   Very good food and well balanced menu - terrible service - rude and slow - The original order messed up and after 20 minutes they came back and asked us to give the order again - Dessert was a 30 minute wait and had to ask for a water refill twice. Could not accommodate the request for a steak for our 12 year old daughter or anything that was not on the fixed price menu. Would come back for food but only if it was a different server. At the end of the meal they gave us a 10% discount..

   Four of us dined outside. Service and food were excellent. Lovely setting~huge outdoor space as they just removed the pool and it’s now an expanded outdoor seating area. The umbrellas helped shade part of us, but not all. Would suggest getting some sail type coverings so that there can be more shade, especially when the weather gets warmer.

   In the end we had a great experience I asked for our server to be changed to Emanda, she is very good, unfortunately the server we were originally given was very rude, this is a problem we have time and time again here, the service really needs to improve we were hoping after the updates the service would be better but obviously not!

   We were seated promptly and ordered a nice glass of wine. We asked for some bread to go with the wine while we waited for our appetizer to come but it came with the appetizer. We ordered a paella entree for two. It was served luke warm. We asked for it to be reheated and it was again returned Luke warm. The server agreed to remove the paella from the bill but overall the meal was very disappointing.

   We were seated in the lobby of the hotel for our dinner experience. The server started our experience by saying, I am new, this is my second day, it’s been crazy. It went down from there. Food was ok. Parking was a nightmare.
