   Arrived on time for my reservation but still had to wait for a table despite the restaurant only being at 70% capacity. People walked in after me and were seated right away and I was only seated once I brought it to the attention of the fruit working the host stand. Service was excellent but extremely slow with a simple drink orders taking upwards of 10 minutes to arrive. Again, the restaurant was not very busy. I don't feel the value is there so I likely will not return.

   We had heard great things about Lala Puerto Rico and were greeted warmly by the hostess upon arrival. Our server was attentive, offering drink recommendations and answering our menu questions. However, the drinks took a while to arrive, and the "In the Clouds" cocktail my friend ordered contained egg whites, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Overall, the drinks were a bit too sweet and standard, so I opted for a traditional Gimlet, which was just okay. For food, we ordered the Sweet Corn Agnolotti (x2), Tuna Tartare, and Eggplant Mignon Steak (V)—all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it was a decent experience with good food, nice ambiance, and friendly service.

   Upon arrival, they inform you that you have two hours to consume, but the waiting time for the main dish was more than 30 minutes.

   Awesome! Great cocktails Superb wine list Very very good service, among the best in PR Food is amazing. Very tastefull and bold Ricardo and Andres are one of the best servers in PR. They do care. Very knowledgable about wine pairing and food overall

   We had to wait 20 minutes even with a reservation. They didnt ask us where we would prefer seating. We were directed to the outside seats where the sealing fan was too heavy and everything was flying. We asked 3 times for the fan to be turned off and was never done, no other explanation provided nor seating offered. It started raining and the wind blew rains up to our seating from time to time. The waiters were nice and sweet. The olace very well decorated. The food really good.

   Had a reservation and no one was present at the host’s stand, we waited around 15 min for her to arrive. Then they did not have our table ready which took another 10 minutes. The waiter was wonderful and the food and drinks were spectacular. It was a positive experience overall and would definitely come back.

    Food was excellent. Service great. We like how Lala staff knows how to serve wine correctly. Waiter Alfredo and Sommelier Ricardo were great.
