   don’t even know where to start..looking forward to be with my family and celebrate together in a restaurant that I have visited before. While we waited (20 minutes) to our reserved table, I could hear and see the employees quietly argue between assigning tables to waiters. Got our table and finally met our waiter 30 minutes later to ask for our first order. Got our drinks and first appetizers 20 minutes later, to our surprise when the waiter told us to hurry up and finish with everything we wanted since “the chef” has told him that the restaurant was going to be packed soon and we might get our dinner later than expected. We didn’t want to feel rushed, so we ordered more appetizers. For our first course , we’re told that 3 items were not available. Chose to add a pasta as a third course, but was also not available. 30 minutes later, waiter tried to take our order. Two more items where not available. Since my dinner choice wasn’t available (a popular one) told him that I would end up eating from the plates from my other family members. He got me the “crudo” menu, still couldn’t find a meal. I asked for a specific wine, was not available. Asked for another wine, took him another half an hour to tell me they were trying to find it. Brought the wine. At that moment we were very uncomfortable since we haven’t got our dinner. Ask him a personal question, “if you were in my shoes, what would you do in my place”? He said, “ I would walk away. Still, waited for dinner. At this time and since we were near the kitchen, i could see the manager walking back and forth and “silently” arguing between the kitchen and waiters. I still could see food coming out from the kitchen, but none was near for us. We never got an apology of the food being delayed, nor offered anything else. Even though I have joked about me loving cooking and help the cook in the kitchen. I even suggested that since i was not lucky to find something from the available menu item, I suggested t

   Al llegar al restaurante a la hora de la reserva, no tenían la mesa disponible, tuvimos que esperar afuera y luego adentro. Fue bien incómodo y desorganizado. Una vez nuestra mesa estuvo disponible, el servicio fue bueno.

   Will start with the service and the crew, amazing. Everyone is approachable, kind and very attentive. You have questions, you will get an answer immediately. The ambience and experience was good. The restaurant is very elegant and at the same time very energetic. With that said, the volume of the music was more of a club house level. When dining with someone you cannot talk at a normal level you have to keep raising your voice so the person next to you can hear you. While at the bar it could be the perfect vibe, at dining is pretty annoying. Even the servers had to raise their voice to explain the dishes. The food and the kitchen service is great. Plates kept coming back to back with no delay and at the same time we did not felt rushed. The menu is really good. Many GREAT options for vegetarians and the variety of styles are good as well. We order the bread with confit garlic, crispy rice with tuna tartare, beef and caramelized onions dumplings and the spicy vodka rigatoni. It was perfection.

   Excelente! El trato desde la entrada es súper amable. Las recomendaciones del mesero muy bien acertadas, me gustó mucho que se aseguró de explicarnos en qué consistía cada uno de los platos que ordenamos para poder reafirmar que se asemejaba a lo que buscábamos. Los cocteles deliciosos, seguro vas a querer probar varios. Visitamos con nuestro hijo y se encargaron de crear para el también una experiencia. El valor de la comida por el precio fue excelente.

   I have a reservation and 7:30 I was in my table 7:52, the hostess told me it was two hour limit, that give you Debbie down, if you want to eat in a restaurant not in the fast food, also I saw people without reservations pass by me, thank God for the waiter and the dessert are very good. I debating with myself if want to comeback.

   The food we had was fantastic including the cocktails. My favorite was the tuna noodles - the tuna was delicious and that sauce was tasty. My favorite cocktail was La Bendición de Abuela (I believe it was called). The ambience is what anyone who wants to feel luxurious would imagine. The lighting was great as well both fostering a intimate and fun vibe. Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience checking in as there seem to be a miscommunication with OpenTable and how the host manages those reservations. I was told no tables were available but I saw I could reserve a table in the app. I reserve my table there in front of the host and showed there were tables available. Sadly, I ended up taking the pasta home that we ordered and was unable to have the complete dining experience with my loved one because it took about 50 minutes for it to come out after being told multiple times it was on its way. However, I appreciate that they addressed the customer issue and we left happy with the management and the staff acknowledging what occurred.
