   Meal was ok and service was good. 3 different wait staff attending to us which was a bit odd! only 2 vegan options on the menu which was disappointing for one of our guests. mistakes made with our alcoholic drinks, we were offered 'mistake' drinks for free but then they appeared on our bill. When questioned they only deducted one drink and we paid for the other 2 which we didn't order and were errors by the barperson. Won't be back - average meal and service.

   Some water for the table would be good, as service had to be called each time. They came happily. Just better if we could have carafe. Music lovely but a little loud.

   Overall experience was very poor. The customer service is absolutely terrible, extremely hot temperature no air flow, the management team were not friendly and one was completely rude. Definitely do not recommend to dine at this place.

   As always a great place to have a casual lunch or dinner. Service always friendly and food exemplary. Definitely a neighbourhood gem. Do yourself a favour and give it a try and see what I'm talking about.

   We went for a quick business lunch and it was very good experience. Worth keeping L' Artigiano in the top range of luncheon options
