   Popular place, so clearly others like their food. But my wife and I find their Italian servings on the level of cheap chains. Over fried; over breaded. Heavy. Only went back here because we had a gift certificate.

   I was there 2 weeks ago and it was amazing I was there for my work dinner party so I decided to take my family back and I hate to say it but it wasn’t a good experience they sat us in the outside bar with 2 young children and a private party going on it was very loud we couldn’t even talk and the food was definitely not as good nor the service it was disappointing since we had such a great experience 2 weeks prior .

   The restaurant was crowded and very loud. One of our meals had to be returned to the kitchen as it was cold. 10 minutes later it came back and was not much warmer than the original meal. After mentioning the dinner to our waitress she did comp the meal, but we most likely will not go back on a Saturday night.

   We had a great experience today at LaScala. We had a large group and the manager was very accommodating. The service was great at always and the food was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their visit!

   Terrible Italian food. I had rigatoni Bolognese; the sauce was sweeter than Prego and was loaded with too many onions. Wife had chicken parm. The chicken was passable but the pasta was cold and had way too much cheese on it. Drinks were OK. Service was fine although we got moved (it was cold in the outside space) to a place far away from the action. Server was attentive. The free flowing kitchen is a bad business model, our meals came at different times.

   Felt chaotic from start to finish. 10 people behind the hostess desk and not one could look up and say welcome. Service was all over the place. Food was good

   Our party of five enjoyed their meals which consisted of chicken marsala, beet salad, and arugula salads. Those eating the chicken noticed that while it was flavorful, it didn't have much of a marsala taste and the chicken was a little dry.  the atmosphere was very nice and the attendant was very prompt and personable.  This was my fourth time at this restaurant and I have enjoyed every meal!

    We were so excited to celebrate a milestone this evening and left our celebratory meal very disappointed. I ordered the lemon shrimp & crab linguini. Unfortunately when it arrived it was more like linguini soup. It was swimming in a very salty, tasteless liquid. It was virtually inedible. Luckily we had a really great server who removed the meal from our bill. I was offered something else, but felt everyone in my party was finished and ready to leave, so I left hungry and disappointed. The others in our party enjoyed their meal for the most part. The pasta dish my son ordered arrived cold. I hope they fix these issues as we really liked this newer restaurant.
