   We went for Valentines day had a reservartion at 6 pm and it was 6:30 and nobody took our order not even for drinks or glass of water. terrible service. We left. Horrible

   We were a party of 5 and had 7:00 pm dinner reservations. We were picked up outside of our accommodations at El Cielo and driven to dinner. We had an excellent, happy waiter who made great recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their meals and dessert was heavenly. Glad we made reservations as the restaurant was full. Driven back to our rooms and had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing the best fresh food and service.

   Los meseros tardaron mucho en atender, y cuando solicitamos un platillo, nos comentaron que no había (por el platillo que ibamos) y cuando nos íbamos a ir a otra parte, entocnes si tenían

   We stayed a few days at Valle De Guadalupe and decided to try this place on our first night. It was a very cold and windy night, I felt so bad for the hostess. Instead of having her greeting customers inside the restaurant they had her outside on Monday night when they were not busy at all. We ordered a bottle of wine but the server tried to make us order a bottle that costs twice the price. We didn’t fall for it. The food was good, my husband ordered a steak that was cooked to perfection. I had lamb, very tasty. Our server wasn’t too friendly, and when we received the check we were ready to leave a tip in cash but then he told us that the tip was included. So we don’t know how much they added because the receipt just show the amount in pesos. We thought that it was normal to include the tip because it was our first restaurant, but I guess not . We at least tried the place but we are not going back.

   El ambiente y servicio del restaurante es muy bueno acogedor y cómodo, pedimos menús de degustación De comida y de vino, los platillos son bastos y el maridaje muy bueno, algunos platillos nos gustaron más que otros, definitivamente los principales tanto en vino con en comida son los top, solo que ya llegas un poco lleno, Celebramos nuestro aniversario tuvieron el detalle de llevarnos un postre y ponernos una canción En general yo le doy 9.5 La única cosa que cambiaría es que el acceso al baño fuese más cómodo ya que hay que salir y recorrer toda la terraza para llegar.

    El sabor de la comida como tal no fue nada fuera de lo común. De hecho tuvimos que devolver un corte de carne Rib-eye que pedimos "al punto" y venía demasiado cocida. También el pescado que probamos estaba algo seco y sin tanto sabor. Los postres sí fueron muy ricos y la atención fue muy buena. El restaurante es muy bonito y el ambiente muy cálido.
