LAVA - Cuisine & Vin is a restaurant where Chef Wilfried ROMAIN, former candidate for Top Chef and rich in varied experience, from Chilean Asado to Parisian Palaces, offers rich and balanced cuisine, highlighting a returning cuisine of travel. This cuisine is combined with a varied wine list, meticulously selected by Chef Sommelier and Room Manager Rémi BADJOINT. He will accompany you with his team to guarantee you suitable pairings or a choice by the bottle from more than 300 references.

Located in the heart of Paris, at 9 rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève, LAVA also offers its Wine Bar.
From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., enjoy its sunny terrace with a view of Notre-Dame, its selection of +40 wines by the glass and its Food offer.

For a unique experience, opt for the "Salon Basalte", LAVA's private table d'hôte, which can accommodate 6 to 12 guests.
