   We did not sit on the main floor patio which may have helped the noise level some. The food was delicious and the service good. It was a Saturday night in season and quite chaotic, still we had a very enjoyable experience.

   Two of six sent back their dinner. One steak was so tough it could not be cut. Another steak was under-cooked--almost raw but ordered medium. The vegetarian butternut squash ravioli looked grocery store with a small quantity. Very expensive meal with mediocre to poor quality food. The atmosphere is always beautiful. Service good. Dinner was way overpriced for this quality.

   We were a table of six and the waiter Oscar completely forgot about my husband. We were all done eating, and no one came to check on us. My husband finally got up to hunt down Oscar. My husband‘s order arrived cold and overcooked at it apparently been lost. Oscar did not comp anything and although he apologized Seem rather irritated with my frustration no need to go back.

   Celebrating a birthday at Lavender makes for a very special occasion. You cannot beat the ambiance sitting outside in the magical garden. It was a windy and cool night outside but perfectly comfortable for patio seating. The food was delicious. My husband who loves duck said it was the best he’s ever had.

   Four of us celebrated my birthday at Lavender Bistro. Two had spare ribs. One had pork chops. I had chicken curry. All were delicious. They surprised me with a birthday card and delicious cookies to take home.

   Such a magical atmosphere! Wonderful wine selection and the food was decadent. Generous portions. Our waiter, Mario was so attentive to the needs of our table of 8 women.
