Traditional French restaurant offering generous bistro cuisine that respects the seasons, focuses on good produce and features a wide selection of natural wines. Over 100 references available on the slate. We work directly with independent winegrowers, organic or sustainable market gardeners, responsible livestock breeders and fishmongers from Brittany and Normandy who prefer line or small-boat fishing. Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday evenings.

très déçus, très simplet. lentilles sans rien en entrée, porc servi sur une louche de riz blanc sec sans aucun autre accompagnement... pas de dressage ni d'effort sur la présentation. les autres plats vus à côté ne font pas plus envie. nous n'avons pas compris l'engouement qui nous a conduits à venir. pas de retour.

Cadre plutôt triste, accueil plutôt froid. Cuisine correcte, mais les plats sont chers et peu copieux. Pas de vin au verre...

Amazing food and location. Sadly when we arrived we where to be seated right by the entrance and asked to be moved but the waitress apart of not being dressed appropriately to say the least she had a serious attitude problem not to mention the enormous long fake nails. Completely unacceptable behaviour for no reason. The waiter/ manager noticed that we are about to walk out and tried to smooth things out but the damage was done. She even gone and gossip in the kitchen quite loudly. Very unprofessional.

Accueil indigent, deux plats proposés dans la formule déjeuner: tous les deux manquants à 13h30. Retour à la carte avec majoration ! Joue de veau en capilotade sur un lit de ratatouille en purée informe, fromage pour conclure quatre fines tranches de bûche de chèvre qui ne connait pas Sainte Maure. Service sommaire et désinvolte. Le vin ne console pas : des relents d'acidité dans ce vin de France ardéchois facturé près de 30 euros :-( Inutile de mentionner l'addition qui s'envole. Malgré les recommandations du critique-star affiché en devanture et dont le portrait sert d'attrape-touriste, mon expérience ne se reproduira pas.

Accueil sympathique, cuisine traditionnelle fort bien réalisée , petit bémol choix très restreint de choix de vin au verre, 2 blancs, 2 rouges, sans changement de verre entre les deux…. Regrettable, à bientôt…peut-être…
