   Le Bilboquet is our go-to place for a great meal, atmosphere, and overall experience. We visit often for celebrations, including birthdays, anniversaries, and other special moments and this place never disappoints. The staff is the best in town, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the noise level is minimal considering all the patrons. We love this place and it is considered to be one of our favorites. If you're looking for a special night out, you must go here.

   Our 3 choices were delicious: 1) Safran Risotto+salmon added, 2) Chicken Paillard, 3) Salmon w/Lentils. Our wine was excellent, the Macon Chardonnay. And our dessert choices were delicious too: 1) Something apple that two shared, 2) Profiterolles that I love!

   We had lunch here a few months ago, and thought it was quite nice, but someone told us we had to back and see it in the evening. So we did, and they were right, the dinner ambiance is more cozy and also more energetic somehow. The menu is limited, which is fine, and the food is almost perfect. Service is impeccable. If you're looking for good French food, in a fancy atmosphere where you can dress up, try this place. Do the valet and give them a yuppie food stamp.

   Service and food was great. The waiter, as were all of the staff, were pleasant, without being "in your face". And, they smiled. We're planning on going back. And the facility is quiet. It's nice to be able to hear the people you are having dinner with and not the person sitting next to you.

   Went Thanksgiving evening at 6:30 and we’re told they were only offering the price fixed holiday menu despite the website and open table stating the regular menu would be offered. We had a 6:30 seating and already they were out of food items, service was terrible did not put in drink orders for 30 min and no bread basket until we asked. Food was rushed and was not typical of their offerings in the past. Very disappointing experience.

    We were so happy to have had the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving dinner at LB. Thank you for being open and available to book. The dining room was full and I think there was one seating and the service was strong- just the right amount of attention and care. The food was visually stunning and our table had 3 of the 4 entree options. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be an opton in each course that was simpler, still keeping to theme, they could have offered a mixed green salad, with vinegrette, and could have put figs or something on it. The deserts were all rich> I ordered what I would hae thought would be the lightest- apple clafoutis; it didn't need the caramel- and the added caramel is not typical for that dish. Possibly they could have offered it on the side? As is, it was impossible to eat as it was simply too much sugar, and the French are always careul w/sugar and focus on the fats and balance....It was just too sacharin. So a lighter option in the first starter course and the desert course just be sure that something is offered that caps and finishes the meal. And, there was a cheese plate offred yet I wanted something sweet, just not that sweet. This is all very specific and to be clear- it was a lovely dining expereience. One last thing- is there any way to enforce the dresscode? We had a sloppy baseball cap wearing table sitting next to us. I just don't understand people and why? It does impact your experience- when a typical table for 4 was over $600...its just unacceptable.
