   The food here is pretty good, depending on what you order: some plates are better than others. But overall is very good. I appreciate the bread on the table. My only and biggest complaint is the pace of service. Between the month of Dec/Jan we went 3 times and once it took us 2 hours to get wine and food…a bit too much, don’t you think? We got water and bread as soon as we arrived, we ordered and as I said, the wine and food arrived 2 hours later. From that experience we learned that if you want service faster, you need to get up and call for it. I’m wondering if the waiter makes the difference. We end up getting the same lady for the 3 times and to be honest she seems to be very distracted and forgetful.

   Thank you so much for accommodating our large group on NYE. Everything was fantastic and the be family we brought will definitely be back to see you. The Lamb shank and Steak aux Poivre was delicious as always. Everyone was very happy. Congratulations on creating and maintaining a fantastic dining experience.🙏🥂🏝️

   Fantastic food, wonderful soft perfectly cooked steak au poivre, delicious fettuccine with lobster, great service, lovely setting.

   After checking in, the server pointed to a table to let us know where to sit… It took almost a half hour for someone to come over to the table to take our drink order after we sat down. Our table was in a busy area so we were bumped into a few times while seated throughout the night. The atmosphere was chaotic but the food was very good. This is a busy time of year so we understand the staff is doing their best, but we didn’t have a negative experience at any other restaurant this week.

   Our waiter, when he finally came after 30 minutes, told us they had 299 reservations, way more than they can handle. 129 people the night before. They ran out of 2 if the items that were on the board. They had no menus, and the board was not up to date. Oso Buca in this case. Simply terrible.

   One of our favorites within walking distance as we’ve been owners In ocean club west for decades .. large varied menu With many choices . Excellent “steak au poivre” which they actually use tenderloin for . Duck confit and all fish preparations are excellent . Husband and wife Owned with husband’s father as superb executive chef . Can be a bit rushed at times but Don’t miss it !

   This was by far our best meal on the island. The food was excellent, fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. The service was attentive but not intrusive. The ambience was so nice on the patio under the stars.

   First class delivered from respectful, courteous, and professional people that truly cared about the quality of their restaurant. Their specialty steak option was amazing… tender and full of flavor with the peppercorn sauce. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary dinner.

    We had the escargot, steak au poivre, and wahoo. All delicious. Service was very good. Maitre d’ gave us a good run down of the menu and the history of the restaurant. Restaurant was on a quiet street and the outdoor tables under the lights gave it a very nice ambience. Highly recommend. We would have gone back if we had more evenings in T&C.
