Amazing! One of the best dining experiences I have ever had! Excellent food, excellent service, and wonderful ambiance overlooking the Saint Lawrence River in the heart of Old Quebec City.

Sunday brunch at Chateau Frontenac is everything it should be. Amazing food offerings, from sushi to Beef Wellington to prepared to order omelets, and of course beautiful desserts. Our server Renee was outstanding, taking care of our needs before we could ask. The cost for the brunch is very reasonable but the mimosas will set you back $16 each. Reserve early for a window seat. A wonderful holiday experience watching the snow fall.

One of a kind experience. From the moment we were guided into the restaurant, until we left, we were given optimal service. We had the 6 meal course. Each course surpassed the previous one. Wilson, the waiter was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The chef was brilliant in showcasing his talent. An out of this world culinary experience.

We enjoyed the 6 course meal- without wine pairing. Our server made some great recommendations. The food was superb. It's a pricey evening- but worth it.

It took us almost a half hour to get our first drink. Another hour to get our appetizers. I had to pour our bottle of champagne all night. The waiter disappeared. They did not have enough help. For the amount of money they charge they should have a full staff available for their customers.. spoke with the manager, he could care less. Beautiful restaurant food was good not what we expected.

Staff very focused on service and the dining experience. The ambiance and view we had overlooking the St Lawrence River was perfect. Would recommend the restaurant to those seeking an experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Excellent food, service, timing, and a beautiful atmosphere. A dining experience. We had the vegetarian tasting menu which was innovative, and very good. Staff was professional and courteous.
