   Jeff and his entire team went above and beyond to make our Anniversary dinner simply the best. The food is a celebration of the Chefs artistic ability to keep your palate entertained during the meal. The wine accompaniments were perfectly paired. Thank you again for the efforts made to bring about this wonderful experience for us.

   Beautiful location and outstanding. Food was good but overpriced. Expect to pay somewhere between 150 to 200 per person.

   The service was top notch! We were even greeted with a glass of champagne. We had the prefix menu and every course was outstanding! Highly recommend for a memorable experience.

   Nous avons eu la chance de visiter de nombreux grands restaurants étoilés en Amérique et en Europe et pourtant nous n’avions jamais essayé le Champlain. Ce fut l’un des meilleurs repas de notre vie! Surprenant, original et Délicieux! Excellent service et magnifique endroit!

   After just having spent tonight the most delightful 3 ½ culinary hours of our lives under the care of Marc the master server and his colleagues whose vast knowledge of the prix fixe menu and paired wines was truly itself spectacular and augmented the anticipation of each course and perfectly paired with the incomparable creative cuisine of master chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, my wife and I were left full of joy and gratitude for the immense effort the staff of this restaurant has put into perfecting their craft which we enjoyed nearly to the point of tears. If you can afford to splurge on a once in a lifetime exceptional culinary experience, you do not want to miss this.
