Some of the dishes were underseasoned - for example the shrimp on sugar cane and the chilled shrimp roll. Without the dipping sauce they were entirely bland. When the restaurant packaged up our extras to take home they failed to include dipping sauce - which was the best part of the dish. We waited a long time before someone took our order and the service lacked warmth and finesse. We didn’t have a manager check in at our table as one might expect. We enjoyed some of the dishes, especially the sesame beef ravioli. The interior is nice. In general though we didn’t think the restaurant lived up to the hype.

Very enjoyable food and in particular the Pho Bo was excellent - delicious broth. Service was attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately we did not have the best table - right next to the entrance, so the ambience was not as good as it could have been. Otherwise a very good experience.
