   We absolutely loved our booth. Our server Fabian was on point very knowledgeable, he had great suggestions on dishes.

   Took us a full hour to be seated if though we had a reservation and then took our server about 25 min to come take our order. Food and appetizers didn’t come until 45 min later!

   Server Daren was very good but also very busy and not always immediately available. Food was excellent. We had crunch salad, tuna tartare, and whole crispy red snapper. Also creme brulee for dessert very good.

   I love Le Colonial and go there all the time. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the seating we were provided on this outing. We booked for a table for 6 for dinner in the bar and were seated in a lounge area that had two small cafe tables, two chairs, and a loveseat. When we asked, they staff did bring two more seats so we didn’t have to cram 4 people on a couch built for 3, but the space wasn’t really sufficient for us to eat dinner.

   Sat outside and it was great. Server was attentive, food was good. Lava cake was a disappointment but everything else was great.

   Our 1st time visiting and the bar upstairs server was great. Once we moved to our table our server was not the best. Sing that it was our 1st time there he didn’t explain anything to us and he dropped the food off and left for a while didn’t come back and we didn’t have napkins etc. The lounge manager Kiely was awesome she made sure we got seated on time and made sure the things the server did not provide were taken care of. If the server had been better this would have been a 10/10 experience

   My friends and I had a great time - the food, the service, and the atmosphere provided for an incredible dining experience. We will definitely be back. I suggest the veggie eggrolls, ginger chicken clay pot, chicken dumplings, snow crab & shrimp (it’s smaller than expected but still filling because we had the other items), and the GARLIC noodles. We also enjoyed the apple tart and the coconut mocktail. 10/10

    My shaking beef was good but should have included a starch like rice or noodles rather than just watercress although the beef was really good
