   Our food was excellent. Service was inconsistent with past experiences at this location and disappointing. Server seemed overwhelmed with the busy lunch crowd, several tables resulting in dessert and coffee service being slow and less than accommodating with requests.

   Experienced a lovely bday dinner, on a Monday night. It was not full so we had a table for two in between two tables for two that were very close but they were not filled. We would not have been happy if it was a busy weekend night, however, much too close. The food and service was excellent but we found the prices high - especially liquor and dessert. A lovely special occasion restaurant on an off night that is not busy.

   EVERY dish is delicious. Started with pork ribs paired with chicken cabbage salad. Great suggestion by the server. Must dine family style and share all entrees. Must haves include the Shaken beef, stir-fried beef noodles, and duck.

   Food was great as always but the service was awful. Our waiter was really confused, lacked attention and made many mistakes. Not what I’m used to at Le Colonial.

   Excellent food, service and ambiance. Our server was attentive and offered good menu/bar selections. Our food was flavorful, light and imaginative. This was our second time at Le Colonial and the perfect spot our celebratory lunch.

   OK, this is a good spot. The location is easy to access, plenty of parking, the staff and server are well trained, professional, competent and polite. We had many different dishes, all were stellar. Service was fine, a bit slow, but otherwise, not much could be improved. Was a birthday dinner, was greeting kindly and warmly, but that was it. Prices are quite aggressive for a suburban location. And note to GM, when someone comes in, that has a special occasion, and has dined in your restaurant many times, and has a reservation, and you have a beautiful dining room, why would you seat us at the table by the front door, 2 feet from host stand, right out in the open, with people buzzing by, when the regular dining room with plenty of open seating was available. Was a bit disrespectful to be honest. This was embarrassing.

    Really an interesting menu and mostly fine preparation. Disappointed they discontinued offering their under $100 wine bottles at half price on Mondays. That might be a good business decision, but we won’t hurry back then or as often. Still worth coming back, occasionally.
