Le Saotico offers a tasty and french cuisine. "Hum, c'est bon!" is the motto so often used by diners at this restaurant in Paris's 2nd arrondissement, just a stone's throw from Boulevard Montmartre and the Opéra Comique. Accessibility and availability are as much a part of the menu as the service. Market cuisine adapted to the rhythm of the seasons, daily deliveries of high-quality, rigorously selected produce: exclusively French meats, fish from small boats (Dôme fishmonger), and constantly fresh fruit and vegetables. The philosophy of chef Hugues Gournay and his brigade is to whet the appetite, blending flavours and textures without mixing them. A gusto. Calidad precio para ser Paris estupendo. Fuimos 16, pagamos una media de 35 persona con vino cervezas y postres. Muy bien la verdad

Superb food and great staff. Food was really delicious, highly recommend the le menu experience. Its worth it! Also shout out to Ana who took great care of my family and friends. For visiting with my one year old, we asked if we could order some milk. They offered to wash my sons used bottle and filled it with warm milk and not charge us. Before leaving she gave my son some meringue cookies and accompanied us to the door with goodbyes. 5 out of 5 stars, if only i could give 6. Come for the ambience, the people, and the food!

Came back a second time because of the fantastic dinner the first time, and a very friendly staff. Great menu with a fair amount of choices, and some good wine as well.

We had a great dinner at Le Saotico in Paris. The owner/server Anna was so helpful in making us feel comfortable and understanding the menu. Our meals were superb - authentic French cuisine. The service was timely professional and with attention to detail. I also appreciated the restaurant environment enabled us to have a great conversation. I highly recommend Le Saotico!!

This was an exceptional dining experience. In a city like Paris it is surprising to dine at a restaurant that provides such a memorable evening that will stay with you long after your visit is over.
