Le Select is one of our favourite places to go downtown for dinner. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there yesterday and as usual the food and service were both outstanding. I particularly recommend trying the foie gras, french onion soup and the duck cassoulet.

My friends and I came here during their Apero hour from 3-5 and it was amazing. We were sat a great corner table in the bar area which was so quaint and comfortable. Service was impeccable and the food was excellent. We all shared the fois gras, pork rillet, charcuterie, cheese, steak tartare, pomme frites, and then had our own French onion soups. Everything was delicious. Cocktails and wine were fantastic. I’m so looking forward to a return visit. Thank you select bistro for an amazing afternoon.

Excellent bistro. Traditional, only to those that appreciate a real French bistro. Fabulous appetizers. The terrine amazing and the escargots with a twist of lemon, new for me.
