Located in beautiful downtown Deadwood in the Historic Franklin Hotel is Legends Steakhouse. Legends provides an excellent dining atmosphere. Serving only the best quality food, featuring all hand cut Certified Angus Beef steaks that have been aged for 28 days. Legends also serves a variety of seafood. The shrimp crepes are a must try. You can enjoy great unique appetizers and mouth watering desserts. Legends has a full bar and an outstanding wine list with over 80 wines to choose from. The service at Legends is top notch, all of our servers are friendly and very educated on all of our menu items. Come to dine at Legends and you will not be disappointed. Legends has been rated #1 on Tripadvisor for over 8 years.

    The good as usual was amazing. Steaks cooked to perfection!! Service left a lot to be desired. Very slow getting drinks, waitress was inattentive. First time we been disappointed.

    Steak was overcooked and dry. Side dishes - baked potato and potato au gratin were bland. Not worth the price. Service was poor and slow. Wouldn’t ever return or recommend this place

    Was expecting more. Last time the food was really good and this time, not so much. Was really loud and the table e were seated at was so small there was no room for anything. Very uncomfortable. I also made reservations forna special occasion and made note of it and it wasn't even observed.

    Always great food and great service. We're local and love to go here off-season but also treat summer visitors.

    A Lia is favorite in Historic Deadwood. Delicious food, impeccable service and nicely priced. Can always count I getting a great meal at Legends.

    Prompt and efficient service, great food at a reasonable price. Food brought out quickly and portions were quite generous. All you could ask for.

    The filets were absolutely amazing along with the service. Our server Nate was on the ball and quite the character too making for a fun anniversary dinner for my wife and I. Legends is quite possibly at the top of my favorite fine dining list. Keep that Nate guy around!
