We were the very first customers to experience what is sure to become one of Orlando's most delicious dining spots. The most important part of dining is, of course, the food, and here, it’s beautifully seasoned and packed with flavor in every bite.
We started with the calamari and rock shrimp. I can't recall ever having a dish so full of flavor! The traditional tomato sauce and remoulade were the perfect accompaniments.
The corn chowder was the best I've ever had—rich and satisfying, with whole roasted corn, cream, and a touch of chili oil. Next, the Cabernet pear salad, with candied prosciutto and pistachios, was crisp, flavorful, and one of the most unique salads we've tried.
My spouse had the smoked Wagu pastrami sandwich, served on buttered and grilled sourdough with a great crunch. We both agreed it would have paired perfectly with the corn chowder, so we’ll definitely order it that way next time.
I had the roasted chicken, which was moist and flavorful throughout. It sat on a bed of crispy potato chunks and a dressed arugula salad with tomatoes.
The chef, originally from Puerto Rico, honed his skills at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Lakes and the Ritz-Carlton in Naples. The Ritz is known for being particular about who they put in their kitchens, and this chef certainly lives up to that standard.
As frequent fine-dining enthusiasts, I can honestly say this was one of the most delicious meals we've had in a long time. We look forward to exploring the wine list, signature cocktails, and desserts next time.
The photos might make it look expensive, but it’s not. We paid only $95 for five different items, which were more than enough to share. Go try it out before it becomes too busy to get a reservation!
