Set on London’s most vibrant square, Leicester Square Kitchen introduces a Mexican and Peruvian dining experience serving small plates and innovative cocktails. From exquisite tacos to fine skewered meats from the Peruvian barbecue, the menu takes diners on a journey through the unique flavours of South America.

With Soho and Covent Garden on the doorstep, Leicester Square Kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-theatre dinner. The restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from iconic West End theatres such as Harold Pinter Theatre, Garrick Theatre, Her Majesty's Theatre and many more.

We invite you to join us for a pre-dinner drink on our terrace or in the neighbouring At The Hampshire Lounge Bar prior to your dining experience. At weekends, resident DJs provide a backing track to a fun and memorable night in town.

Please note that from Sunday to Tuesday the menu will be limited to the lounge bar menu.

Place wasn’t busy, 20 minutes in and we had to ask for the menu and to order drinks. We needed to be out by a certain time to go to the theatre, it’s in Leicester Square so they should be used to that, was told ‘we can try’, I said it wasn’t optional so please suggest what we can order to ensure that it happens. Long waits for drinks, one person didn’t get to eat because their dish hasn’t arrived after 55 minutes and we’d all finished and needed to leave. The food that did arrive wasn’t great.

Great food but poor service for pre theatre. Sat down at 17:55, only one of three small dishes served by 18:50, had to cancel rest of meal

This is not a Mexican restaurant as advertised. Nothing authentic about it, it is a hotel chain with deep fried yucky menu. Difficult to get a vegetable outside the veggie option. It’s basically deef fried chicken and burgers disguised as Mexican or even Peruvian. I get its mass production but be honest and stop trying to pretend to be anything you’re not.

The place was lovely but the food was not great didn't get a lot for the set theatre menu was very disappointed but the service and quality of food was lovely.

Delicious food and excellent service. The Peruvian steak and sweetcorn were fantastic and the Mexican beef and fish tacos delicious. The tiger prawns have a proper zing!
