   We dined at Lemongrass twice during our stay at the Westin. Both evenings Vesner was our waiters and provided great service. Each night we had the soup offering s and they were fantastic. We tried the Mahi special, the salmon special and we also had the steak on night. All the entrees were delicious and nicely plated.

   Wait staff was excellent-very nice efficient and very accommodating to your needs We had their specials of the day We started with. The seafood bisque- extremely rich and buttery My husband had the stuffed salmon with crab meat very flavorful with a lot of crabmeat but the salmon was overcooked I had the carribean lobster which was flavorful but tough dry and a struggle to get the meat out of the shell Cocktails were great the bread was delicious and the key lime pie was excellent

   Very nice dinner and service. It was our first day here and Lemongrass was a perfect spot for dinner. Nice and easy. And lovely.

   We went on the day of check-in at the resort. Outside seating is the way to go for the view. We both had the Fried Red Snapper with garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots. Excellent. I also had a soup special which was a seafood chowder. It was very hearty but a tad bit salty. Understand that most restaurants are on “island time” so don’t get too anxious about everything being a bit slower. Recommended.

   Service was extremely slow, island time slow. My salad was delicious, but my main dish was supposed to be vegetable curry and it was mainly potatoes with asparagus on the side. Not what I was expecting ☹️ The bread was delicious and hot, the soup had good flavor, but was served slightly warm. Overall food was good, but service was lacking.

    My ahi tuna was good, not great, kale salad good. My husband had the octopus which he didn’t like at all and his entree of short ribs and pasta had a sweet taste and was just ok.
