   My server was the best part of this dinner. He was attentive, friendly, and offered suggestions. I made the reservation 3-4 weeks ago when I knew I would be in the area. When i arrived I was told since I was 1 person, I'd need to sit at the bar (where I can barely reach the footrest and am uncomfortable. Ergo the reservation.) finally, another lady overruled that and sat me at a table for 2. The prix fixe menu was beautifully presented. They were innovative, offered seldom offered meats, and seemed exciting. I take absolute issue with the ego of a chef getting in the way of me enjoying my meal in a way that doesn't affect me health. Asking for a heavy cream sauce on the side was accommodated, after discussion and explanation. Really? The Colorado camembert wast delicious but so sweet. The balance was off between the pomegranates and blueberry compote. The Pheasant entrée was tasty even with the cream sauce on the side. The date and something torte was too sweet to finish. I took 3 bites and was done. For wines, I had the reisling and syrah. The syrah had notes of vinegar indicating it was turning. I warned the server and was told it was the last pour from that bottle. Not really sure that the menu was worth the $145 prix fixe. I still would go back to see what innovative concoction they produce. I would ask for less sweet elements though.

   We had a wonderful time! The food was amazing, the service was great and the drinks were perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

   The experience overall was mediocre. If it was not for the rooftop view and the attentive waiter I would rate it lower. The food quality was subpar and did not meet expectations or previous experience. The portions were small, food was served cold and not worth the price charged. The cocktails were too sweet with little liquor. Oddly the tabletop was sticky I think from a deteriorating varnish and not from being dirty but it gave off an odd feeling throughout the dinner. We used to really enjoy this restaurant but not so much last night.

   I met a coworker for dinner and everything was great. Food was amazing and service was excellent. This has been a big improvement from visits in the past.

   Being from La I was looking for an over the top place. A friend referred me here and it was more than that. Food was crazy layouts with amazing taste. Drinks amd dessert also. This place needs more recognition. For the city snobs coming to New Mexico …come and even stay here!

   It was our anniversary of 5 years, and this was the choice! Great atmosphere, the service was great, and the menu was fresh and exactly what we wanted. The chef is outstanding as well! WILL be back.

    My ribeye was $100 and was like any other ribeye I've ever had, I was expecting a melt in my mouth type of steak being that it was $100.
