   Wife and I went there for a Valentine’s Day date. Our reservation was for 7:30, did not get seated until 8:10. In the 40 minutes waiting at the bar, the bartender didn’t find the time to get our orders, they were that backed up. Food was mid at best.For some reason they kept the doors open, even though it was 47 degrees and windy. Our waitress did fight for us and managed to convince her leadership to close the doors. The staff was trying, but whoever is managing this place should do something else. Musicians were pretty good.

   Being Valentine's Day, the reservation schedulers must have overbooked the restaurant. It took too long to even get water at out table. I don't fault the servers. The restaurant was understaffed. My husband and I were getting ready to leave without eating but the server made it to our table just in time. I noticed another couple, who were seated before us, left without ordering food. Their wait was even longer than ours. The food is a bit pricey but it was good.

   Arrived early to our reservation, we were sitted 40 min after the reservation time. Got the table at the conner with really poor lighting were told we would get a light, never came. Waiter took his time to take our order but since we had plenty of time to look at the menu we ordered all we wanted at once figured it will be a while… we were not wrong. Appetizer showed up (only good food we got) drinks showed up after, when we finally got our food it was disappointing, risotto was undercooked and bland, the stake was super salty and was mainly fat I tried to get the attention of the manager who seem manic and got a blank look when I asked for a side of mash potatoes to replace the bad rissoto.. manager never said anything else just ignored the situation. We live close to the place and we were exited to try it and add it to our list, well first impressions are key and was not a good experience at all we will not go back. Save yourself the trouble the place is not a Bistro it’s a bar with a poorly ran restaurant full of frustrated employees and costumers.

    we had a 645 reservation we showed up at 6:35 they sat at the bar until 720 moved us to a table we were ignored for another 20 minutes not even eye contact or acknowledgment that we were there The wait staff was literally running through the restaurant whoever’s managing this place needs to go back to restaurant management 101 they were so understaffed that I felt so bad for the wait staff . That’s not the way it’s done we ended up walking out the door one hour after we walked in with a reservation having received zero service or apologies We went to In-N-Out the food was hot on time and the service was perfect When a restaurant like this is can’t compete with in and out they need to close the doors or start over again. Pathetic

   Valentine's Day dinner so we tried Lexi's for the first time. Great communication with the restaurant and quick seating. They were very crowded that night but service was well done, including visible support from the management staff to keep everything running smoothly, including helping clearing tables and checking in with staff and customers. Nice guitar/voice cover band as live music that wasn't distracting and added to the ambience. Had the pear/arugala/prosciutto/mozzarella salads that were great, and a pasta and a pizza dish that were both excellent. Wine selection was aided by our waiter and was a great pairing. Deserts were affogato and gelato. Would go again and recommend.

   My husband and I were so excited to try out Lexi’s Bistro. Overall it was a good experience but we wouldn’t return. The pros were free valet parking, and the restaurant is beautiful. The service was great in the beginning and our order came out quickly. The food itself was just ok, not what we expected for an Italian restaurant. The cons were it was loud and we couldn’t have a conversation. We couldn’t even enjoy the live music. Lastly, we requested our check and had to wait 25 minutes for the waitress to bring it to us.

    Food was excellent. Good, balanced menu, wine list and cocktails. Clean, modern decor. Service was excellent and personable. The scallops, mushrooms and risotto was delicious. Prices were moderately expensive, but in line with local Las Vegas pricing.
