Our menu is a unique, fun & modern combination of french and vietnamese cuisine. We encourage a shared style of dining to reflect the way in which food is enjoyed in asian cultures. Food is served hawker-style, arriving to your table as soon as it is prepared. We also offer banquets for guests that would like us to choose our bests for them! We have inside and outside area, inside being very glamours with chandeliers and dimm lighting whereas outside is very casual and relax, under cover!

From the generous menu we chose the 'Classics' Banquet. Each of the 5 courses was deliciously different. Service throughout the evening was excellent. Highly recommend Libertine!

Food was exquisite as always. The wait staff were attentive but never intrusive. These guys know what they are doing. We live 2 hours away but make the drive to celebrate our Anniversary at Libertine’s each year. They never fail to impress.

WE had to ask them to turn the music volume down. It was too loud to make conversation easy. Banquet Menu was excellent value and delicious.

Our group of four shared a bunch of plates because we didn’t want to have to choose only one or two things. Everything was amazing and none of us could pick our favourite. The service was also excellent. Our wait staff were friendly, funny, attentive and gave great advice on the menu dishes. The cocktails were also delicious.

Amazing 7 course (!) banquet for just $49pp on a Wednesday. Giving four stars for food only because of the rock hard brussel sprouts, and the pork belly would be better if the skin was crispy. Overall fabulous food though. Way too much for us TBH. Also gave 4* for value because just 1 beer, 1 non-alcoholic beverage and 2 small bottles of water added $50 to the bill. PLUS a surprise credit card fee. The prices are high enough that we would expect that fee to be absorbed. Just minor grumbles for a generally excellent experience. Chapeau Libertine

We went for the long lunch and upgraded with bug toast and flat iron steak. Everything was spot on, which is not surprising, because Libertine ALWAYS delivers on it promises/our expectations. Little surprises for me were the hickory smoked mayo & the green peppercorn sauce. Both were subtle yet significant. We'll be back!

While we have dined here before yesterday’s meal was a let down due to food being below average. The potatoes were like barely warm. The pork was tough. Lamb meatballs dry. Just wasn’t up to their standards
