Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    Amazing food and excellent service as always. Brought my daughter and son-in-law here for the first time and they were blown away. Also, we have been to Lima, Peru and this place does not disappoint.

    Very attractive restaurant. The cauliflower appetizer I had was very good. The Branzino was a very small piece, had some bones, and was a bit fishy. It was priced at $49 and was such a small portion that I was surprised how expensive it was for what I got. The preparation and quality of the food is good however I have had much better Branzino.

    Third time in three years, and it’s just as good as the first time!!! I didn’t get the hype around scallops until I ate their ones at Lima. Would lick the shells if they let me. Had the lamb shank for dinner, fall apart tender and a great bite with the cream and polenta. Truly enjoyed everything! Thanks Abbie!

    Our first visit to Aruba, this restaurant was recommended to us from friends who said it was a must! I now see why as we had excellent food and very attentive service. They even prepared an anniversary dessert for us, which was totally unexpected. We plan on going back to Aruba with friends and Lima Bistro will be on our list again!
