Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    We had the best experience at Lima Bistro. Our waitress gave incredible recommendations and the restaurant manger was very attentive. This was our best meal on the island.

    First time there. Interesting menu, prepared deliciously. Our server was great with his recommendations of both food and wine. Loved the place! Would definitely go back. Recommend the tuna steak, seared to,perfection.

    I visited Lima Bistro on a rainy flooding night. There weren’t many people due to the weather but nonetheless, I had a great experience with the bartender and staff. The lamb shank was fall off the bone delicious! Highly recommend! Will definitely visit again!
