LIMA CANTINA is born out of a desire to bring the soul of LIMA to London: its flavoursome daily life, with simple dishes directly inspired by markets & home cooked meals. The restaurant’s chefs use traditional cooking methods to transform quality UK and Peruvian sourced ingredients into mouth-watering dishes. The menu delivers classics such as Pollo a la Brasa (arguably the national dish of Peru and possibly the best roast chicken you’ve ever had), whilst retaining signature Ceviches and Pisco Sours, and many more Lima locals’ favourites. Absolutely fantastic place, this was my second visit and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend the octopus and dulche de leche, incredibly delicious! The service was amazing and the stuff were very welcoming as well!

I love this restaurant and am a repeat visitor. This time was for my boyfriend's birthday and we had the tasting menu which gave 4 starters, a main and a side. We loved all the food as well as our wine selection (a Peruvian Sauvignon blanc). The service was exceptionally good, perhaps because they knew it was a special occasion. And they brought a small, delicious piece of cake with a candle and sang "Happy Birthday". I couldn't have been any happier.

Good value for the quality served. Having lived 10 yrs in Lima with a Peruvian wife and 2 children. It’s impossible to fully recreate the experience but Lima Cantina is as close as you might get.

We ordered the pollo a la brasa and was really good, rich in flavour. Just as in Lima! Lomo saltado and causa were also amazing!

We had a great waitress and were seen to our table immediately. Lighting was beautifully pitched and very ambient. Buzzy in there on a Tuesday evening. We had ballet tickets so had to be out in just over an hour which wasn't a problem for them at all. Food was fabulous though possibly a little expensive. Would definitely go back though.
