    Food was very good. Service was slow. Our very pleasant, young waiter had no idea how to open a bottle of wine-Training issue. My cocktail was not what I expected and they replaced it with another. I have eaten here several times so perhaps they were understaffed tonight? We will definitely go again.

    So amazing - we all commented to the Link & Pin team through your our time that from the hostesses to the servers we were greeted with giant smiles and eye contact. Wow! So rare these days in hospitality!

    Our Cajun chicken pasta and chicken and waffles took 45 minutes to come out. When we asked about it the waiter said they just dropped tenders, 30 mins after we ordered. The chicken on the pasta was chewy and cold.

    Everything was great and our server was wonderful, however, this was my second time visiting Link & Pin and it takes entirely too long to get your food…ugh! They really to do a better job of service delivery!!!

    My wife and I were disappointed with this place. We go out to eat 2-3 night a week and we weren’t happy. First we had reservations and we were put in a bar table while there were tables open in the dining areas. Second for a $16 drink a little garnish would be nice. This is not ordering $5 drinks at a bar. Third the artisan bread was very unappealing. It’s 3 plain white bread baguettes. Most high end places we eat at serve these as their table bread and not charge you. The entree was under cooked and not what I ordered. It was supposed to blackened. The entree also took a long time! Not a good experience!

    Not vegetarian friendly. I had to speak to the manager to order a vegetarian plate and was charged for the family sharing portions for each side vegetable serving.
