   The food was lovely, and the fish we had was cooked beautifully! However, we found the 'small plate' prices quite high. The sides were also expensive, especially considering the simplicity of the salads, and the presentation was lacking. Unfortunately, the staff felt a bit standoffish. When we arrived, it seemed like they immediately forgot about us, as we waited for about 20 minutes to order any drinks or food. Sadly our starters were completely missed—though, thankfully, they weren’t included on the final bill. This didn’t leave the best first impression. Perhaps we caught them on an off day, but overall, it was just an okay experience

   Service was excellent as was the food. A family of 4 sitting next to us were talking so loudly we could hardly hear what we were saying to each other. We booked for the Mother's Day Lunch and were supposed to receive a surprise gift. ( As per your website) Staff were not aware of this which was embarrassing for them and disappointing for me. We are local and feel let down by the above.

   This is the third time we had gone to this gem restaurant for lunch. The staff are so welcoming. The food is lovely and there is a great atmosphere. We would really recommend you visiting this restaurant. Very good value and fab staff and great food! We are coming back soon!

   Great experience. Were looked after, given a nice table (upon request when booking) and had very good info on the menu etc. Super friendly and great atmosphere (just bit too noisy at times when with people hard for hearing). Price a bit expensive - would have expected fries with the mussels in the listed price for example. Very good quality food and a good portion so overall a very enjoyable experience. We will return

   Fab food , lovely atmosphere - couple of little hiccups with the service . 2 mistakes re our orders & had ti remind then we’d ordered a second bottle of wine but had a great time & will def book again !!!

    This is the third time we have eaten here in 6 weeks. Return because it has been consistently good. Great seafood and staff are very good despite being very busy.
