The Best Empanadas you’ll ever have. We Bake them, Fry them and we offer Gluten-free empanadas. They are made fresh to order. Tapas appetizers are available with soups, salads and desserts. Sangrias, wines beers are also available. With a big presentation of food on Big Towers. Spices are from Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Brazil. This restaurant hosts groups up to 120 people. Banquet Room upstairs for up to 40people dining. Downstairs is a dining room up to 70 guests dining. You can order food and drinks from waiter, from bar codes on tables, from the bar. It's built for the convivence of the guests. Happy Hour is from 3pm to 5:30pm and 8pm to 9pm or 10pm Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour food starts at $7 and Sangrias and wines are 20% off. Empanadas are made with prime cuts of meat only- Beef Ribs, Meatballs, Cuban, Pork and Chicken and shrimp. Loaded Empanadas is Located in the Heart of Summerlin at Boca Park of Las Vegas

    Today marked the first time of what will surely be many visits to this Summerlin gem. The food is absolutely delicious and served with celebratory flair. The entire staff is personable and attentive. We felt valued and appreciated as diners. Tucked in the Boca Park plaza, this place felt like a temporary Brazilian/Cuban/contemporary escape. Highly recommend the cauliflower…and you can’t go wrong with any of the empenadas on the menu.

    Where do I start…..the food was amazing, service was on point. The ambiance was everything!!!!!!! This is my new favorite spot!! I will definitely be back on a regular basis.

    Excellent service and very tasty food. The presentation of the food is amazing! and the quality is very good as well. Kudos to Jesus, he offered an excellent service and made our night wonderful!

    Great little place. Service was very good, a little slow. Empanadas and apps were very tasty. One of the best Empanadas I’ve ever had. Every one on the staff was very friendly. Sangrias were so good, and presentation of food, and Sangrias was very interesting, a new way of serving the food was entertaining, must see in person. Will definitely eat here again.

    Very unique flavors and combinations of empanadas. Try the Cubano if it's your first time. Sangria's were a nice touch. Great deals with Happy Hour.

    Loaded Empanadas is a great spot!! Welcoming & lively vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Ryan), solid beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Philly Empanadas, and their Mushroom Soup. We recommend Loaded Empanadas.

    It’s more of a place that belongs in a food court of a mall. They run around with a bubble machine, lots of bubbles, after your food is set down. You order at a counter and pay, buts it’s confusing and weird, that you make a reservation and are seated. And what is with the large flair in your food. Is that legal? They use paper and plastic only, not very environmentally friendly. I’m from Oakland and the Empanadas from the food trucks are the bomb! This is my first poor review. I’m really sorry. 😞

    The owners are the best as are the employees! They were suggestive on the menu and made sure they took excellent care of us! The food, which we had never had before, was spectacular!!! The drinks were delicious and pretty!!! Families and adult couples were all throughout! Place is CLEAN!!! Super menu with many choices and desserts were the perfect ending! Be sure to enjoy the desserts here! We all ordered the flan and churros! My personal fave empanada was all of them!!! There is something for everyone here. GET HERE ASAP!!!
