En el bar lobby, me atendieron bastante bien, de hecho me reservaron una mejor mesa en citizen, esperaba que el servicio ahí fuera mucho mejor, pero la verdad no estaban al pendiente de lo que necesitabamos, aparte de que hize una petición en mi reservación a la cual no le dieron la más mínima importancia, los cócteles estaban muy bien pero la comida no era buena a mi punto de vista.

View is amazing. We sat here and drank while we waited for our table at Cityzen upstairs. Service was fantastic . They advised our table was ready and to close our tab. As soon as we close it, they told us they had given away our table in the span of 5 minutes. That is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes after having waited for 2 hours. Food at Cityzen was a bit average for the high price. However the views are amazing.
